I'm a London-based writer, consultant, credentialed coach, strategist, and international speaker with a unique focus: tackling self-sabotage and self-censorship. Last just say I’m absolutely obsessed with understanding why we get in our own way and set up unconscious roadblocks to success — and why we silence, edit, and monitor ourselves out of fear of judgment, criticism, ‘cancelation’, or consequence.

I bring a broad professional background as an accredited coach, consultant, business strategist, writer, speaker, and host of Beyond the Self with Africa Brooke. My qualifications span Developmental Coaching, Executive & Performance Coaching, and Clinical Hypnotherapy — and when it serves you, I’ll integrate techniques from these areas into our work, always tailored to your needs and with your full consent.
My approach honours the full spectrum of the human experience, and I like to focus on cultivating intellectual diversity, navigating tough conversations with integrity, leading with curiosity, nurturing a growth mindset, building behavioural flexibility, and ultimately empowering you to take full ownership of your life and work.
