For those who know something in their life needs to end, and something else is asking to begin. I created this Closing Doors, Opening Doors session for anyone standing at a threshold and feeling the weight of what can no longer be carried into the next chapter.

Maybe there’s a door you know you need to close, but doing so would require a kind of honesty you’ve been postponing. And maybe, at the very same time, there is something new that keeps knocking. It could be a different standard, a new way of living and relating, a creative risk, a truer life - but you haven’t yet found the courage to open to it fully, or you simply need to a push into that edge.

This will be yet another raw, extremely honest, and deeply grounding gathering for those learning how to move through change with more intention. Not just waiting for life to rearrange itself, but participating in the transition consciously. Closing what is complete, and grieving what is gone. You will open to what is next with steadiness, self-trust, and truth. Because I wouldn’t be me if that wasn’t at the core of our work!

You don’t have to worry; I won’t be giving you forced strategies, frantic action plans, or quick-fix formulas. This won’t be a productivity workshop either, nor is it a personal branding exercise. My intention is to create a space for real reflection, clarity, and courageous participation in the changes already unfolding in your life.

And if you’ve joined me for a previous In-Between gathering, please know this will not be a repeat. No one class is the same. But this chapter is intentionally more practical, more participatory, and will ask something of you. While the session will be held webinar-style and you won’t need to be on camera, I’ll be inviting you into deeper reflection and more active engagement with what is ending, what is asking to begin, and where your own honesty is now required.

We’ll focus on three core thresholds:

1. Closing

We’ll begin by getting honest about what is already over, misaligned, or secretly (maybe NOT no secretly) draining your energy - a habit, a role, a relationship, a self-concept, or a path you’ve outgrown. Some doors stay open not because they are right for us, but because closing them would require a truth we have not yet allowed. Let’s see what that may be for you!

2. The Threshold

We’ll then spend time in The In-Between, the space between what is ending and what has not yet fully begun. I personally call it The Hallway. It’s often where grief, relief, desire, uncertainty, and possibility coexist. Rather than rushing through it, we’ll work with it more consciously.

3. Opening

From there, we’ll turn toward what wants to begin. This part of the class is about discernment, desire, and willingness - what is asking for your yes, what your next chapter requires, and how to move toward it with more courage and self-trust.
