#049 - Why 'faking it till you make it' doesn't work, and what you can do instead
Today we're revisiting Ep 12 and the concept of 'faking it till you make it'. As a coach, I do a lot of work around identity and helping people discover who they truly are. And in this episode, I explore why faking it can be damaging because it takes away from the journey of discovering our true selves.
In this episode, I share my insights from my own life on the topic of sex and relationships, as well as lessons I have learned from my work as a coach. I hope that by sharing my experiences, you can gain a better understanding of why "faking it till you make it" is not the best approach.
So grab your notes app and get ready to hear my practical tips for self-improvement and the importance of building strong foundations for success.
